The power to believe....it is the source of all creativity. But, sometimes we lose sight of our power. If you've ever felt a sense that something was missing, or that there was some kind of untapped possibility living inside you but you couldn't access it, this is the community for you. I am committed to working with creatives to find these hidden gems inside of each of us.
I like brains.....a lot. I am fascinated by how they work and all the amazing things humans can do with their brains. I have also learned that our brains have certain limitations, many of them in place to protect us from harm. At times, the thoughts in our brains can become tarnished or muddied and we are no longer able to see our own possibilities because the signals get interrupted. That's where I come in.
I believe the process of creating can help us reconnect with we're capable of and shed some of these beliefs that are no longer serving us.
Through sharing stories and practicing art, my mission is to teach you ways to gain insights into your thoughts and nurture the positive beliefs while overcoming those that are holding you back. I'll share my own journey to finding my way back to creativity and the healing power it has in the face of loss.
I have a lot of fun things planned for 2021....online classes, prompts, sharing other creatives who were my inspiration and probably a few more things that I can squeeze in. I'm excited to be on this journey and I hope you are too. If you're a creative veteran or if you are even a bit art-curious, my classes will not only teach you fun ways to express your creativity, but they will teach you how to move beyond what's holding you back from the creative life you can achieve.
